The Hotel was very handy to all exciting places. Great view of St Andrew's Cathedral. The staff were very helpful and polite, and any request was dealt with immediately. We definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Singapore.
The only dislike is the prices in the café for breakfast, but other than that we couldn't find anything to dislike.

Everything. Only had one night pre cruise and one night on return. Room was very comfortable. Booking in very quick. Transfer driver did have an altercation with bellboy because he could not park in front of hotel. Very understandable because hotel was exceptionally busy with staff unloading many suitcases from a truck. Otherwise our stay was very good, position had good access to everything. Thankyou for memorable stay.

Hotel was well located with a few minutes to the hop on hop off buses and many many great restaurants and Malls
Had to pay for wifi. Should be complimentary as many hotels are today.

We were allowed early check in, Excellent customer service and very impressed with Front Manager - Li Feng and very helpful. Hotel depends on customer service and excellent in customer service. Apart from this great location, close to attraction. Hop on bus stand in front of hotel.

Lovely clean room. All fixtures and fittings worked well. Friendly staff. Perfect location for seeing Singapore's tourist sights.
Morning buffet breakfast a bit chaotic. Check-in very slow.
